Purchase Terms

  • Order Placement: The Customer’s order is placed independently by the Customer on the Website or with the assistance of a customer service specialist.

  • Agreement to Terms: When placing an order independently or with the help of customer service representatives, the Customer agrees to provide the Seller with their personal data and order-related information for processing. The Customer also agrees to comply with the Order Terms by filling in the required fields during checkout.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email with details of their order, including the cost of goods, delivery, and any additional services (where applicable).

  • Order Acceptance: The order is considered officially accepted for fulfillment once the Customer receives a confirmation email at the email address provided during registration.

Product Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: Delivery is available within the Russian Federation as well as internationally to the Recipient’s country.

  • Order Verification: The Seller reserves the right to verify and clarify order details with the Customer by phone.

  • Delivery Date: The delivery date is specified in the Order Confirmation and depends on product availability in the Seller’s warehouse, as well as processing and shipping times.

  • Customer Obligation: The Customer agrees to accept the order within the agreed-upon delivery timeframe.

  • Shipping Costs: The Seller covers delivery expenses. The order is handed over to the Shipping Carrier only after full payment has been received by the Seller.

  • Third-Party Recipient: Upon the Customer’s request, delivery may be made to a third party (Recipient). The Customer must inform the Seller at the time of order placement by specifying the Recipient’s full name, address, and contact phone number in the "Comments" section.

  • Delivery Process: The order is delivered in person to the Customer (or Recipient) or their authorized representative at the address provided during checkout. A Shipping Carrier representative will contact the Customer (or Recipient) to confirm the delivery time. The Shipping Carrier may assume that the person receiving the order at the specified address is duly authorized, without requiring a power of attorney or ID verification.

  • Order Inspection: Upon delivery, the Customer (or Recipient) has the right to open the package and inspect its contents. Trying on items or returning unsuitable products to the delivery personnel is not permitted.
